Starlight Attends Hive High 🌟

Since canterlot high is a public school and Crystal Prep is a private school, maybe hive high is a military school, it would make alot of sense

This could so easily be a 50 minute Equestria Girls script. Sprinkle in some songs, a happy song for Starlight with Sunburst that transforms into a sad I Want song when he leaves for a quick introduction, songs for Starlight being excited to join the school and then disappointed, a nice villain song for Chrysalis, an uplifting song as Starlight realizes how she was wrong and everyone should be different and expressive, another Chrysalis song after she leaves that starts angry and bitter but changes tone midway as she changes her mind, and finally a song where Chrysalis returns to be accepted. Solid. Absolutely a screenplay of an equal storytelling par with the EqG movies

Honestly it's kind of comforting to have someone making up theories about generation 4 of my little pony still. It kind of fills the hole inside of me since mlp had to end

I love the take on this story. The only thing I’d have changed is to make the Changeling student body not actual clones, just sort of devoid of personality and crushed in spirit and into submission by the demands of their school and the principal in charge of it all.

Honestly I'm really interested to see which theories hold up after the start of G5 and if we ever get solid answers as to what happened in the time between.

Especially loving that you still do theories for G4 and EG. Can't help but wonder what the human world is like in this current gen and if we'll ever go back.

Hey Sawtooth, idea. Imagine this wasn't the case and Chrysalis was some spy good at disguises and has changelings or "minions" work for her. This does seem like a cool idea tho

I was thinking that Thorax would be the vice principal of Hive High along side Queen Chrysalis and he would have Starlight as his closest friend who understands what it’s like to be different

Wait- what about a military camp?? Chrysalis could've ran one (keeping up with the uniform appearance) and it wouldn't exactly be impossible for a soldier (thorax) to seek revolution from her unjust methods.

This is an interesting take on an EG-Chrysalis backstory. And one with a happy conclusion too! Thanks for sharing this with us! ^_^
Since Canterlot and the Crystal Empire's counterparts are schools, it makes sense for the Changeling Kingdom to also be a school. I wonder if that means that EG-Sombra was a principal before Cinch at Crystal Prep. Since Tirek was technically a prince in his homeland, would his kingdom also have a school counterpart in the human world? Maybe a principal EG-Tirek would be obsessed with crushing the competition in multi-school events while a vice-principal EG-Scorpan tries to be friendly. Or maybe EG-Tirek would be a businessman…
The dragon counterparts are a bit hard. EG-Spike is a dog, so other EG-dragons might be dogs as well. Maybe even wolves since dragons are shown to be tougher and wilder. It might be funny if the EG-dragons were humans instead of canines, making EG-Spike the exception.

I love how human Chrysalis kinda looks a lot like Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove!!!

Okay, mini theory. Immortality with alicorns. So you know how you once talked about(or at least mentioned) how Star Swirl might have put an immortality spell with the alicorn transformation spell, well what if it's a spell that might work in a different way. So when adding the immortality spell to the transformation spell, he must of had to add something(thinking that the Royal sisters wouldn't want to be around forever) to take away that immortality, so my idea is that once a Royal alicorn gives up their title, they will start to age once again. But there had to be something to determine(to the spell) when the sisters gave up their title, right? Maybe their crowns? Think about it, HOW LONG HAVE THEY BEEN WEARING THEM, also they fused their crowns to make Twilight her crown when SHE became the ruler of Equestria. My thought of the day. Also, nice theory, I liked it!

Hmm I think this could happen as she was the “main pony” who changed the changelings, so she will change the students to at one point in Hive High

I think it's very possible of Chrysalis becoming the head of a school. If Starlight went to Hive High, then she might revolt against Principal Chrysalis.

Ahh, the good ending... Though, in the show, Chrysalis didn't end up so good, so I think that she just never returned and went mentally off the rails, most likely ending up in some sort of a hospital. She might've avoided it and started a cult of some kind, hidden from society, until she deemed it fit to attack, in whichever way she seemed fit...

Take it as the dystopian point of view...

Hive High sounds eerily like my old private school 💀 and I can relate with Starlight here. My school was an oppressive Christian academy that forced conformity. From strict uniforms to invasive rules regarding personal life, just about every student there grew bitter and apathetic. My friend and I being outcasts tried to make changes and bring light to others, but the bitterness caught up to us too and we withdrew from that place. I do like this happy ending you made for Hive High!

Starlight's my favorite mlp character to begin with, and the EQG special with her in it was a real treat. I love Thorax, too. I would've loved to have seen something like this.

I just watched the new generation and I think that Sunny Starscout Could very well be a descendant of Scootaloo because they both have orange skin and magenta-ish hair. Their names also both start with S and Scootaloo was part of the CMC and crusaders is a lot like scout also can you make a theory of the timeline after twilight died and how it goes to the new generation?

My question is don't the students of Hive High have parents? Then how is it that they act so similar and identical from other students that their parents don't start filing complaints about what's wrong with their child?

That's a perfect story for human Chrysalis, although one thing about the end:
Equestria was meant to be a pony reflection of the human world with Canterlot High. Everything is different because the magic between both worlds are different from each other. But, personality-wise, the characters are almost the exact same. Wouldn't the same go for Chrysalis? Changeling Chrysalis never changed and instead saw difference and friendship as a disease that ruined her entire hive. If human Chrysalis had the same personality as her changeling counterpart, then wouldn't she just stay bitter too?

Imo equestria girls chrysalis would either run a orphanage or a boarding school

In season 4 finale, Twilight's Kingdom, we see that when Tirek absords magic, earth ponies loose their cutie marks.
But, in season 9, The ending of the end, when Tirek absorb the pillars magic, something strange happens. Rockhoof doesn't loose his cutie mark, but looses his strength.

So, please make the next theory on this.

Chrysalis is by far one of my favorite characters next to Luna and Nightmare Moon.
Even thought she's literally a bug animal I feel like we've all had a small crush on at least one my little pony character.
She's probably one of the reasons I found I was pan. My pony sona is obsessed with her.

I wanna talk about something. A kingdom is like a country. Mainly ran by 1 big in power person. That person could either run things smoothly or become a tyrant. Sound familiar? Chrysalis of course! So what if she wasn’t the principal of a school, but the president (or queen, ex. Queen Elizabeth) of an entire country?

If the human world Crystalys is like the Equestria version of her, she wouldn't leave, have time to reflect, and return.
Starlight changed her Hive for the better, introducing a new way to feed, told Crystalys that she should still be thier leader, but instead she ran away, and did not reflect back on the situation, but rather wanted revenge on Starlight.
So up until the ending, I'm with you on this.

For me Chrysalis is the one that caused all theirs woes and would be eventually kicked out to be a researcher of bugs. In FiM it seem like she WITHHELD the changelings from being postitve as the moment they opened up, the light would reveal how bad she was and imo, she cant be redeemed as she wouls scorn to the point of ruining everything to make a moot point

Random theory: You remember (the best cough) Equestria Girls movie Rainbow Rocks? Well, in the show, all of the music is shown played live. All except the Dazzlings’ songs (aka the best one from that movie). In-movie, you never see anyone else perform music without playing the instruments used. This implies that the Dazzlings have the ability to sing instruments.

Chrysalis is the the queen bee. She’s always dressed up, she always wins spring fling queen. We’re just drones who work for her. Then die.

Chrysalis is either homophobic (not transphobic) or the most open and accepting person who is also majorly apart of the lgbtq+ community

she might be a principal but without the need to feed of love, she will just be a normal principal that is very strict and tries to make her students get better and better to give her a better reputation and make her status even more higher up, after all, she is a queen in equestria, and when she wasn't the ruler of the changelings anymore, she still held the title which could suggest that she values that title and so does human chrystalis. or I could be wrong and she is just a person obsessed with bugs or something. I'd go to the human world myself but the castle is crawling with other creatures... we don't want anycreature to see and affect the balance between both worlds.

You should actually make a full on episode to fill in the gaps of Equestria Girls
Except it will be more focused on other people than the main 6

Is it possible that Chrysalis is the principal from Crystal prep? Although they aren't all the same, they had this "evilness" to them. This theory is probably flawed and easy to prove wrong, but it just my theory 😅

The only problem is that Chrysalis, as a Principal, could have done none of what you suggest without the at least tacit approval of the school board, and above them, the state or province, and above them the federal government. If she did what you suggest then that implies there is a higher, and possibly more evil, power at play in the school system in EQG world. Figuring out who that would be would make an interesting video. Superintendent Chalmers, er, Grogar, perhaps?

I personally would imagine human world chrysalis as the mlp version of King Henry VIII, but this works too.

young girl Chrysalis was very creative, she had a passion for acting and dressing up, until one day people started bothering her because of that, people started calling her bad things, so she decided to make everyone equal, so no one had to suffer what she had gone through; Everything in the video happens and she decided to think about it, she realizes that they reminded her of he younger self, so she decides to give an apology.

The only thing I wish is if chrysalis didn't turn good. That's my favorite thing about her through and through in the show of My Little pony Chrysalis has lost in battles with the main six and yet she never stops fighting even when she was trying to Stone you can see that her pose was still attacking.

Originally in MY headcannon, Human Chrysisalis was never bad...the reason she was. Is becuase her parents were beyond 'worse'. They taught her that people should only be for themselves...because; they don't care for eachother. Imagine being isolated from society, having this lesson taught to you, and your parents reflecting it? You go bad way. But in the human realm she was rescued from her terrible parents...she saw the world in a different light, she built an orphanage so that's where the "Hive" comes i...she has a firm hand still but she made sure everyone was happy.

I have a theory about the new MLP movie
I think that it's all set in a place to Storm King conquered, that's why no pony has magic and (tragically) why there's such a low population. I think this is why the pony kinds split up as well, they (the species) each individually saw how powerful the Storm King was and then assumed to beat him they had to be dangerously powerful, this is why, especially the earth ponies, are scared of the other kinds... I also think that's why they (specifically sunny and her dad) knew about the main six... I haven't worded this very well sorry lol. I just can't believe this movie is set in the Equestria because the map is different, and the stones being sorta a McGiffin... Idk just my personal head cannon

Hey I have a new theory for you! It’s about the new generation movie of mlp. Ok so everyone who’s heard of generation five knows that the pony tribes no longer get along. What if discord had something to do with this? When we first encountered discord in mlp he had said he was the spirit of disharmony and chaos. We later find out that he was reformed by flutter shy but we still know he’s chaotic at times due to his nature. Since he is technically a spirit does that mean he doesn’t age? And by that logic wouldn’t he be around even after Fluttershy dies along with the others of the Maine six. That would also mean he was around when the three pony tribes had a falling out. Could he have been a cause of why the tribes no longer get along? Also what about Crysilus, Tyrek, and Cossyglow? Would they still be around thanks to the petrified state they were put into near the end of season nine? What are your thoughts?

Nice idea, but the uniformity thing wouldn't work. Each ,changling' has a life outside of school, were they could express themself outside of Chrysalis controle. Also have they all their own parents, those would notice the negative effect the school has on their children and would do something about it..

As you can see in the episode“Discordant harmony” While discord and his clones were doing a … fashion show ?? It made me wonder, “What era is equestria in?” So i would like you to help me find what era equestria is in. Dislike for the fact that, the majority of the story are only good and only bad characters. It would be better to have characters "half" good, "half" evil, like a leader who make good for its people, but bad for others.

EDIT: It is true that Cryshalis rule the school with iron fist with new program, but I consider that does not highlight the fact that she has became good "on some parts" and evil "on other parts".
