There are two tiny fugues in this piece of music, the fugues represent Gabriel and Emilie's relationship. Playing in tandem, just short of one another, and ultimately short in duration. That's kinda why I decided a fugue would be better than a more conventional piano piece.... Plus baroque music is just better in general :P
Hey dude, Ii do use FL Studio, actually. The harpsichord I used here was from the Kontakt Factory library that came with my purchase of Kontakt 5. I recommend getting "Cineharpsichord" from Cinesamples though, if you can. Alternatively, I once used free soundfonts from an obscure developer. http://sonimusicae.free.fr/blanchet1-en.html a larger harpsichord, less intimate http://sonimusicae.free.fr/petititalien-en.html a smaller one, with a crisper sound, recorded closer I think. You'd still need to run them through reverb though, convolution preferably. So you sound like you're in a hall, or room, etc. That, and maybe some compression? It's what I did here.

Sorry bro, I just haven't felt creative in so long. I don't wanna say I'm "depressed" but it's something along them lines. Soul sucking CSR jobs, a depressed brother who drains happiness wherever he goes, and just dealing with the simple fact that things aren't as pleasant as when I started writing music in 2010, and they never will be again. So much hatred these days, so much cruelty... so much hypocrisy. I'm too angry to write music. I just have no creative spirit left. The world won.
