I think I know why she sheds a tear. The world is currently divided between darkness and light. What difficulties the light on the side of the dark feel, is extremely difficult to even try to understand. I hope the light finds a victory even if there is no winner where there are individual losers. Let Celestia shine her light on us who unites over the world, and sadly watches what is slowly happening.
