GPU could have problems, CPU may be dying, some of the RAM sticks may have fried itself, there could be storage issues, the PC may not have the right hardware to run it, the graphics card may be deprecated or damaged, Windows 10 or Pubg Mobile may be corrupted, or even there may be too much conflict with apps (if you have a lot of applications installed, that could cause problems), I could go on.
