Okay so you're a pretty smart guy when it comes to computers and encryption. What do should you do when you decrypt something and it ends up as random Unicode text? Like there's this cipher from CoD zombies I've looked at for years. It's a bunch of numbers in the 30s and 60s and ends with 0d 0a, a newline. The decimal numbers clearly convert to hexadecimal, but when you try to convert the hexadecimal to ascii you get a bunch of rubbish, like if you opened a picture in notepad. People on Reddit have told me it's probably raw data, but I don't know what to do with that.
