Why am I literally crying from this?? I remember just watching all these shows when I was little and it really just hit me. I miss these simple days when you can laugh at actual funny things, for example apparently it’s funny when everything farts. All these amazing cartoons are gonna be forgotten and I will never accept that. They like literally made me the person i am today..

i also really miss the show chowder, the single BEST show i've ever watched. it was so, diverse, very different from other shows. just the animation and everything was perfect.

Cartoon Network weren't the only legends in the 2000s, so were Nickelodeon and Disney Channel. All three of them deserve a nostalgic vibe like video like this.

why does it seem like all the tv shows back then had a sense of mysteriousness to them...it’s what made us all want to watch them and it’s why we loved them. all the shows nowadays are so predictable and overly polished and i miss the perfect imperfection of the older shows. i think these memories are nostalgic for a reason.

Honestly, I'm surprised with the outstanding amount of content from Cartoon Network. It's an entire chapter in the history of animation, and regardless of its current state, I praise them for that. Same goes for Nickelodeon.

I miss when I used to just constantly watch Boomerang. I miss the times when they had the commercial segments with the funky music playing over the Hanna-Barbera toys. Occasionally they’d have a small segment where they’d declare the cartoon of the week and show a cool montage or something. I don’t remember what it was called and I can’t find anything about it, but I know that it’s real. I used to absolutely hate the music videos they played in commercial breaks out of that toy projector, but now I miss it and I realize I took it for granted. Those older cartoons were a huge highlight in my life. I’d constantly watch Krypto the Superdog and beg my mom to let me tape Pokémon instead of the 7 o’clock news. Every day before school I’d force myself to get up at 6 AM to catch Looney Tunes. Sorry for the rant, I just really miss those easier times. :^)

I remember pretending to sleep then staying up late to watch boomerang. These were the times. Now Honestly, I can say that Steven Universe is the Only good cartoon still on Cartoon Network, and it is sadly seeming to be coming to an end in the near future. Man. This is just such a great vid. We are growing up. It’s sad to see - our childhood years slipping away from us. We can all remember those times; sitting in front of the tv, watching these shoes endlessly for what seemed like hours. We’d put it on before bed, and put it on first thing in the morning. Now, we don’t do any of that. We don’t even check up on those channels anymore, for we know what’s become of it. Kids now won’t even remember of such channels. All they know is YouTube and nothing else. It’s sad to see that we seem to be the only generation left that can truly feel emotions such as this.
