The (x/9) thing is a counter telling us how many parents Pinkie's portal brought back to life. When Pinkie made the portal to revive her parents back in episode 4, she mentioned that "kitchen time saves nine, but I'm just saving two". So it's implied the portal won't stop until it brings back 9 parents. So far, we're at seven out of nine, with Rarity's parents (1&2), Fluttershy's dragon father (3), Granny Smith (4), a random bird (5), and Pinkie's parents reincarnated as foals who look just like the Cake twins (6&7).

This is probably something you should do on your own time, since they are only orchestral songs, but if you want to know what the very best of the fandom is, then check the channel out. Unfortunately, we won't get any more from melodic. They passed away a few years ago, at the age of 27. Hope you enjoy!
