Both of Henderson's parents are supportive of his work. Henderson doesn't write, although he mainly has a caption for every image he uploads.

Henderson created his most known character known as Siren Head in 2018. The had no intentions of rising to fame, until 2020. In the same year, a video-game developer known as Modus Interactive, created a video game for Siren Head, which featured the player exploring the woods, in order to find it's missing hiker. Until the player finds the dead hiker, and Siren Head behind the player. The game ends when the player comes back to the beginning of the Gama, and escape Siren Head.

Primarily, Henderson's work raised to fame dye to the "Cursed Images" culture. People would of take Henderson's images, and make them into a compilation of cursed images, along creepy music going along the pictures. These videos would get millions of views on YouTube, which gave Henderson's works a spotlight.

Anyone else used to pretend that whenever you blinked you would take a pic of whatever you were seeing so you’d blink a lot?

Am I the only one who thought the cereal straws kinda sucked and just straight up ate them instead? Aside from that, I only ever saw the game stations in McDonalds like once or twice, and my parents never let me play with them because we either didn't have time or they were filthy. After that they just kinda disappeared and I never saw them again. Like some sort of urban legend for me.

Even though I have grown up in a well developed English speaking country, my experiences seem so different from those who live in places like the U.S.
Even though we experienced the same flow of time, the same world, it's like learning about some animal that has gone extinct, sure we know how they live but we can never truly experience its life.
Even though I am able to move to another one of these countries and sample the life that I have not lived, I can't create the feeling of nostalgia from it, I can't truly experience growing up in this seemingly otherworldly life.

For people who didn’t know (but most do) 1:58 is the Nickelodeon building from Universal Studios Florida, where they would film actual game shows and host tours for people who wanted to learn about how Nick made their shows. The popularity of the place declined after the 90s, and slowly disappeared out of the minds of park guests. It shut down and became the Blue Man group show for a bit till it was closed. The building sits there today, and while most of the Nick colors are gone 90s kids can still see the place of their childhoods, rotting and abandoned. On a side note, A time capsule was placed under the entrance of the building and is set to be opened in 2035 (I think) and was moved to the Nick store. I cant wait when the next generation can see the past gens in their full glory!

Why does every music sound like a cross between popular music and Earthbound music?

the feeling eminating from these pictures are very very impacting(to me atleast). The reason is that these images give a vibe of nostalgia but the lack of people and the lack of presence in th nostalgic images gives off a strong emotion of loneliness and emptiness. Instead of giving you happy memories from when you were a child it gives you the feeling of when you were alone..

I'm 12 and these images make me remember a much simpler time when I actually was happy, when I was innocent, when I actually sort of enjoyed school, when I didn't have to worry about a virus, and just sat down and enjoyed life. When I look at these images, it not only makes me remember good times, it also makes me want to relive those good times, the times with no worries.

Me knowing I’ve never seen anything remotely like some of these images but feeling nostalgic anyway makes me wonder how many of these things I remember just from hearing others talk about their experiences with them.

I have vivid memories with the little squares with wheels in the first image because we had those throughout my entire elementary timeline, and the Blues Clues Chair is an easially recognized thing from being an early 2000s kid. The rest of the images I don't recognize.

So many memories of that place.

I remember going there so often with my brothers.. Getting Gundam Figures, Military Micromachines, GI-Joes, Hot Wheels, Lego, Pokémon Cards, and most of all, Bionicles. Those we're the toys my brothers and I assosiated with the most as kids.

I'm glad I at least got to take my own son there a few times before they closed down.. really miss it though.

i can faintly recall being to places similar to the ones shown in the video. i'm 13, so mm.
these were mostly in 2017-2018.
for example, at 0:22, we had a laundromat eerily similar to that in the rural side of our small town; hondo, texas (yeehaw).
i'd always touch the clothing my mom put in the dryer after it was done, it just felt so warm and cozy. and me, being a fidgety, curious 12 year old boy, got scolded, aha.
and at 1:44, oh god!! we had a library just next to the walmart we used to go to. it had a kids' area you could wait in, sort of like a lounge. i wandered around the premises for a bit while waiting for my father to be finished doing stuff on the computers.
all of this has been a nostalgia boost, thank you!! makes me miss my earlier days, a lot.

Some of the psychology behind these images stems from the beauty in modern cartoons. The mixture of realistic images with cartoon characters drawn on top provides a feeling of logic broken down based off the fact, the personality of each individual is DRAWN and acted out in ANY way possible. As oppose to us, boring humans. We lie about how we feel.

I'm pretty sure I used to go to that exact McDonald's. I think it's in Centralia Washington. I don't think it has the N64s anymore. But damn was that the best McDonald's I had ever been to. I would always go to it when I would go to visit my grand parents in Seattle. I had lived in Oregon so it was a 2-4 hour trip. None of these images are from my head. See I’ve lived in a cave all my life until my death two years ago. Before I passed I learnt the skill of transmorgification, or “ghosting” in layman’s terms. The last two years have been spent toiling over a creation that I created using rocks, fire and air magic some people refer to as “electricity” to create a device called a mobile. One of the photos are from the Nickelodeon tv show, Blue’s Clues. I think the laundromat is from that blue bunny book where there was a kid obsessed with a bunny toy and forgot it in the laundromat. Another looks like a dentist waiting area. The tic tac toe board is very common in many playgrounds. Boi those be froot loop straws and I don’t even eat cereal though. Imma edit this so I can add more stuff I think are where these memories came from. Edit: ok so the last photo is literally my baby cousin’s old house. They wrecked everything and had those same toys. The Mc Donald’s game controllers were in some Mc Donald’s locations back before, so you’ve probably most likely encountered it. The colorful building strangely reminds me of an amusement park or water park I’ve seen.
