As a blind person, this is funny. Braille cannot be felt on a screen, but a special external braille device can be hooked up to the computer so that they could feell the braille on the device that the computer is displaying on the screen.
I guess that Windows 7 does not work with braille because of some kind of corruption or it can't find the unicode for that character so it appears blank and this kind of "empty character" might be way too small to use an appropriate size for the system, also most (old/new) Windows's stuff are based/using explorer
Question: Would this amount of breakage happen if you tried to replace the fonts with normal ones? Or is Windows just that much of a joke? On GNU/Linux it only takes a few clicks.
when i think about BRAILLE ON A PC... what i do is grab a manikin and punch it so hard as the wish of kicking the butt of the creator of braille font for pc goes up, and 5 minutes later i become calm :D

What happens if you turn off your computer while its doing something like Expanding Windows Files, or Installing Features during the installation process?
We could not have felt the screen. But, we could have connected a real braille display and changed the computer to this font so know one new what we were doing. LOL. But, I never actually did that, or have to do that now. But, I do use a feature that dims my screen to the point of blackness when I am taking a test in school with a lot of kids around. I do not want to be the person who gets people my answers.
