Well. The last episode literally ended with Hunter getting a penstagram and immediately making a account and messaging Willow. And Willow gave Luz... Hunter's contact. It's pretty clear who he was texting.
This episode is a masterpeice, great balance of plot A and plot B but also, a beautiful exploration on how Luz is such high energy character while hiding her sadness and grief. It makes her early moments when she tries hard to not lose Eda (a parental figure to her) hit extra hard. Also, really shows Lumity as a realistic potrayed couple with struggles and flaws but in the end, they work it out and that's what makes a heathly relationship.
The only glimpse of seeing Luz’s deceased father. What she did by lying to Amity is pretty hurtful as it seemed to her Luz doesn’t trust her. Glad she acknowledged she was in the wrong and allowing Amity to help honor her girlfriend’s deceased love one.
Bro, you’re getting very close to catching up wi the show! Seem like only yesterday you just started S2 and now, you are just a few episodes off from the rest of us.😉
The writers were so close. Yet the writers trip right at the finish line: - What needed to happen- After Luz tells Amity about her dad Luz starts crying. Amity quietly performs the ritual, Luz notices, says thank you, and the two hug. - What actually happened- After Luz tells Amity about her dad the writers try to have a moment that needs subtilty and still try to be loud about it. This results in a major disconnect between the desired and achieved tone.

For your next movie day, I don’t suppose you might be able to react to the 2018 movie rampage?
