Bit of a surprise seeing Jester from Top Gun as the drunk stepdad (not to mention Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell and Rasczak from Starship Troopers; Michael Ironside is pretty famous for military roles).
It also sounds like this is your first time seeing Damon Wayans. If you'd like, I recommend checking out a sketch comedy show he was on called In Living Color. He was known for characters like Homey D. Clown, Handi-Man, and a movie review segment called Men on Film.
This movie is a load of laughs! Speaking of laughs, that ending is priceless. Major Payne finally found his sense of humor when he got even with a new and blind recruit smart-mouthing him. ππ
Agreed. I literally watched both the 2011 film and its sequel back-to-back at my local theater. Glad to see how one movie helped set the stage for the sequel.
In fact, most of the people at my theater were all older teens and young adults. There were like only 4 little kids in the audience. Proof many of the adults there likely grew up watching the original Shrek films.

We still need reaction for Murder Drones, Ready Player One, Star Wars The Clone Wars, The Mandalorian and Cyberpunk Edgerunners
