I found it like the 4th time after I realized there were horse heads as decoration everywhere. I thought it rather self-absorbed of the ponies, after all there aren't sculptures of human heads as centerpieces of almost every room. (well not anymore)

There's an optical fail also where Nightmare Moon appears on the hourglass. The Hourglass is locality closer than Twilight, but still Twilight goes past the hourglass, she shouldn't walk over the hourglass, bacause she must behind the hourglass.

Found one! In "Spike at your service" at one point he holds up a card that says complete gibberish on it. However! If you reverse the screen, it'll show that it actually says "Spike Dragon God".
