Couldn't you also use Run to access CMD during the black screen problem? I think the "Sticky Keys" feature leads to the Settings app rather than control panel on Windows 10.
Still,on the latest version of Windows 10,there will be some random link that goes to MS Edge (or your browser,mine is edge) by that u can download some random thing that opens explorer and boom,you've got cmd open.

the black screen problem happened to me after restarting a few times it said automatic repair and it took a year to fix cuz my regedit stuff was corrupt and my system32 somehow corrupt or something how is that even possible
starting task manager from ctrl alt del accomplishes the same thing, just open the menu on top right and click run, it's the windows+r run box. You can go from there
Bruh the same almost happened to me, I was tryna get an auticlicker but got "PC Accelerate" and "WebDiscovery" instead. I was able to delete it with control panel like how.

Something interesting that I observed about this "Virus Scanner" is that it scans only the System32 folder and it randomly picks files from that folder (actually harmless and useful for the system files) and labels them as viruses so non tech savvy people will think their computer is infected
@Kukilatoo As someone who only has one hand that works, StickyKeys is absolutely useless to me. When I can't do a key combo like Ctrl-Alt-Del, I just switch to the other side of the keyboard.

starting task manager from ctrl alt del accomplishes the same thing, just open the menu on top right and click run, it's the windows+r run box. You can go from there

0 likes@Kukilatoo As someone who only has one hand that works, StickyKeys is absolutely useless to me. When I can't do a key combo like Ctrl-Alt-Del, I just switch to the other side of the keyboard.
