It's can collectively be referenced as "digital hardcore". Most of the subgenres are determined by tempo and soundscape. The 180-220 bpm stuff is generally referenced as "gabber" or "mainstream hardcore". Once you get faster than that it's often considered "terrorcore" which tends to mostly be around 250. Many of these tracks have double time segments that exceed 300 bpm which is what people generally refer to as "speedcore". And then many of the breakbeat driven tracks are specifically classified as "breakcore". But who cares about specifics, rights? :]
