True but I have a question plz help me out I wanna know how are prepaid phones much private if when activating a prepaid phone it does ask for a address and name and last name and also card info to buy a plan I hope you can help me out with my question with all the respect
Step One: Use your actual phone normally.  Normal Facebooking, tweeting, surfing, calling, etc.
Step Two: While you’re out of town, be it vacation, business, whatever, visit a local library and use a guest pass to use one of their public computers.  Get on truepeoplesearch or a similar sight, type in random names until you get a match, get someone’s basic info, and use this to make a burner google account.  This will be the account you use to activate your burner phone and nothing else.
Step Three:  While you’re still out of town, buy a prepaid phone and activation card WITH CASH!  This will be your actual burner phone. Don’t activate it yet.
Step Four:  When you get back home, buy another prepaid phone and activation card with YOURE credit card or debit card.  Get a cheap plan like a 15 dollar a month Tracfone plan.  This is your DECOY burner phone. Activate it.
Step Five:  With your decoy phone. Make another google account with a fake name.  Now start making a foot print with that account.  Troll people on YouTube or twitter. Download a bunch of free porn. Leave fake funny reviews.  Stuff like that.
Now when the time comes where you need to use your burner phone, drive over to the next town (or farther if you can) and activate it.  Once its activated, never leave it on for more than a half hour at a time and NEVER turn it on at or near your residence.  Â
If the burner number comes under suspicion, they’ll be focused on the person whose info you copied from truepeoplesearch which will give you time to establish another burner with a completely different number.  If they start knocking on your door, you can surrender your fake burner and they’ll just think you’re some weirdo who had to have a second phone dedicated for the soul purpose trolling.
You forgot one important thing, keep your burner away from your personal cell phone...recommend having the battery out on the burner instead of just off ... when your ready to use the burner drive to the other side of town but leave your personal cell at home then once your far then turn the burner on. Your able to trace cell location based off of cell towers and signal strength and so on . You wouldn’t want them watching your personal cell and burner cell traveling together .. also don’t throw red flags like shutting off your personal phone or burner near each other .. when a cell gets disconnected from a tower that gets logged as well by tower company ... I guess just pretend your a whole other person with the burner ..... and just don’t come in contact with yourself
