actually the best use of this Item is a chunk ban. a chunk ban is a glitch where you place one of these shulker boxes right as a server autosaves it will save a bugged chunk that will crash the server whenever someone loads it. (But uhhh it was patched like a billion updates ago)
You said a book and quill not a shulker full. Also its not the mace end crystal and netherite axe can all be used in single player but the shulker cant. In conclusion its not the strongest weapon and I could state even more reasons why.
the thing is, its not really an item. You basically just abused a glitch, copied chests which is impossible in survival, and also provides no benefit and could also destroy your world. Not a very good item is it?
1. All it takes is 1 shulker box full of books to lag/crash a game. 2. This glitch can be used to dupe on 1.12 servers. 3. Never claimed it was a good item, I claimed it was a strong item.

Literally 1 shulker box filled with books can crash a game or even ban a chunk!
