I always love doing parkour and freerunning. it makes you feel free when doing pakour but at the same time its a discipline, and when doing freerunning it makes you feel like your flying but is also a way of life.

I wonder if it's any more efficient to do that parkour rolling breakfall whatever you call it than to walk. I mean, would you be able to build momentum and just keep going? I would almost bet that on a hill it would be more efficient, but what about a flat surface? And is it even possible if you're going uphill? I think it would be entertaining to see a video of someone traveling as far as possible as a human wheel.
Yup, this made me feel really bad about my current state of health. I guess this means I'll be spending the rest of high school aspiring to try and get some of this down pat. Hurray for inspiration?

Parkour actually has nothing to do with moving threw your environment in the most efficient way possible. It's the least efficient way possible. Moving efficiently means that you're taking the fastest rout from point A to point B and as we all should know the fastest rout between any two points is a straight line. At no point in any of these videos did anyone ever move in a straight line instead they seemed to be taking the most difficult rout possible just to show off.

@Skelpolu I know... but since English is my third language (after Dutch and French), it's not surprising that I make mistakes from time to time...The reason you see this mistake a lot on the internet is because half of the people learned English from movies/ tv/ other media and not from a textbook in school... I try to get it right, but I don't do spell-checks that often... but then again... I could just call you a grammar-nazi... :p

@agahajak Sometimes when you write a bit fast you don't realise, and if the keyboard is bad it doesn't help either. And above everything else, it does look a lot more like a typo than anything else, you're quite a failure. Get some common sense lessons.
