If you kill lsass.exe it won't give your pc a permission to shut down or restart which is unfair but it has timer which automatically restarts pc automatically If the time is up and for killing it but If You accidentally log off your PC You're stuck with it.
lsass.exe is like a service manager because when i killed the lsass.exe process on windows 10 and pressed power options it just says no power options are available-
