It is possible to get ridden of the DesktopBoom virus. It is joke because I test out on my real *main!* pc and it did nothing to it I just killed the process and I'm all fine!
at least you were able to kill its process, now you can delete it, now we know to always use vmware when testing viruses even if it is not that much of a virus.
