@Republic Radio I guess you may upload it to a malware sharing community like MalShare or an online malware analysis service like VirusTotal or any.run. It wouldn't be illegal to do so as these websites are deemed to provide malware samples for analysis only and those samples are downloaded with users' consent. The original distributor violates the law for both creating this piece of malware and distributing it without downloaders' consent.
