Back when I was in highschool, my school had Deep Freeze installed on every computer in the building. You could do whatever you wanted to the machine but after it rebooted, everything had been restored to the defaults automatically. To my knowledge, there was no real vulnerability to exploit unless you were somehow able to execute code that could actually break hardware which I doubt since you'd need admin privileges. I was never successful but that's isn't to say it was infallible.

Another fun trick is to kill the winlogon process. Really weird stuff happens and the system just slowly croaks until it eventually reboots. You can probably make a shortcut that runs pskill winlogon if it's installed.

I wouldn't call it destroying Windows since this just causes an unhandled exception and forces a bluescreen. Although the way this CAN be destructive is through file corruption because the system halts unexpectedly and lets say it writes to a file right as this happens, the file will be damaged.
