@Kristibek Windows 10's File Explorer isn't based on UWP apps. It's a standard Win32 application and functions as such. There's actually a hidden UWP explorer that you can access by typing a long code into the Run box, and it looks completely different.

Sethc bug, just start from install disk, enter to Recovery and just swap cmd.exe and sethc.exe . Do it only on VM, I don't have 100% guaranteed to be Windows work. And do it on Command Prompt 😉.
