You opened start repair And changed utilman's Name to utilman1 And you copied cmd and changed cmd name to utilman and you restart computer and you clicked the button ( i dont know button name ) you opened cmd and you start explorer thats easy

xcopy cmd.exe sethc.exe
И всё (если пишет "Заменить cmd.exe, поменяйте cmd и sethc местами в команде)
