17:36 - but then again, that shows just how much she loves her little sister: she'd rather just distance herself than dare to damage Pinkie's delicate-as-paper feelings
16:20 - that's factually correct, because Maud doesn't smile like that...her smiles are more stoic and reserved, but when they do happen, it means she really does like you ^_^

This is certainly an interesting episode. It’s always a pleasure to see Pinkie’s sisters on screen, especially Maud. I was knocked for a loop when Maud not only met Starlight before, but set things in motion for the events of the S5 premiere. That was nuts! I’m glad that Starlight became friends with Maud though. It’s nice that she’s expanding her circle of friends.
Pinkie is learning to be more self-aware now, Maud is becoming more social, and Starlight has yet another new friend. Character growth all around.

Never play poker with that mare.
It would not surprise me if Trixie heard about the Alicorn Amulet from Maud.
62 likesTrixie did work on the rock farm for awhile. And Maud would have still been living at home at that time.

OH MY GOODNESS.
0 likesNo joke: when Maud said that, my mind immediately went to the Alicorn Amulet and Chrysalis’s throne. The Elements of Harmony may also qualify.
