Hmm after seeing this I decided to take a shot at guessing who might be added to the roster for fun.
The characters that immediately come to mind are Celestia, Luna, Chrysalis, Sunset shimmer, Starlight glimmer, King sombra, Spike, Zecora, Tempest shadow, Vinyl scratch & Lyra heartstrings.
Though if you decided to throw crazy curveballs i'd imagine Nightmare moon, Autumn blaze, Maud pie, Mane-iac, Tirek, Daybreaker, Dazzlings (Siren form), Daring do, Bon bon (Agent sweetie drops), Photo finish, Treehugger, Sunburst, Prince rutherford/Yona, One of the diamond dogs, Discord or Nightmare rarity could end up on there.
Buts these are all just guesses as to who could possibly show up based on fan popularity, moveset potential etc.
