I have seen some art on DA based on the idea that Twilight goes to a fancy prep school, a reasonable equivalent to Equestria's magic school, and the original human Sunset is a student at the same school.

Is it possible that you could do a theory about the mark on Luna's flank what was seen on the season 4 final? (im not talking about her cutie mark)

I had a crazy theory about EG a while back. The fact that Canterlot High seemed to be a microcosm for the entire world of Equestria made me think that maybe Equestria was the figment of some student's imagination that somehow manifested into its own reality.

I have been really enjoying all your videos! Keep up the great work and keep dishing out the head canon. I choose to let this head canon be though, I don't think EG and RR are meant to be explained. They seem too much like fluff to keep the young fan base interested and sell as many toys as they can. Other than some upbeat music and a Twilight love interest that most of the fandom despises, not too much entertainment has come from them imo. But who knows, maybe these movies are some fans' favorites. You never know with such a huge fanbase.

I think maybe the Cutie Mark Crusaders are not as young as we think. Maybe in the human world they are freshmen? Keep in mind that the mane 6 in the pony world seem almost adult. I think that the mane 6 are juniors in high school and the CMC are freshmen.

0:59 I have a completely different theory: as I've said before, Equestrian magic is different than other magic. It just sort of is. Now, the EoH work by channeling power from the other five elements into the element of magic, combining the power, then firing it. As you might expect, using magic from a parallel universe,  let alone the most powerful known magic in that universe is going to have some effect on you. And of course, from what I can tell, only those with equin properties can use Equestrian Magic. So the EoH altered their users to fit their needs.

The reason that the elements worked, even though none of them had the physical elements to wield was just like when they stood against Nightmare Moon. They didn't have the physical elements, but they had their attributes and thus reformed them in equestria. the case is similar in Equestria Girls, although the elements dont take physical form, they still active like they did in the pilot.

I like the idea of Equestria and Canterlot High having similar timelines for things to happen just one world doesn't have it happening at the exact same time, but if equestrian Twilight had not intervened their timeline would play out as normal,(human) Twilight would go to Camelot High and meet the other 5

You know how the portal only works every 30 moons I think I found out how long it is. In ancient times before the present day calendar, people used really big rocks and the moon to figure out the months start and end. In English the word month comes from the word moon. To figure out how long it was, they counted how about how many days between each full moon and there were about 28 days between them. Meaning 30 moons is 30 months so the portal only opens every 2 and a 1/2 years.

Theory: In the human world, the crown doesn't automatically turn you evil. It only transforms you into a demon if you are are villian/have evil intentions. If you are a good, perhaps even heroic person, it turns you into a sort of angel.

There could be portals all over Equestria, and the dragon dumbly entered one, ending up in the human world. It started out small, like Spike, and was found by Elizabeth. Her love caused him to grow because alternate dimensions and whatever until he was the same size as he was as a dragon. He just accepted this and went around doing his thing.

In EG, celestia's office had pictures of sunset wearing different crowns, that can be sunset shimmer getting more power when she wears them. If not, then sunset shimmer could have waited until twilight got her crown immediately.

I don't know if anyone else thought about this, but I believe the reason Twilight doesn't have a clone is because (Pfft, convenience for the plot?) Probably. Another reason I think she doesn't have a clone would be Sunset Shimmer most likely recognized Twilight's abilities and did her best to get her transferred to another school or something. That's my thought anyways. :)

Apparently I left a comment 4 years ago about how awesome that was. I didn't remember!

Maybe you have to believe in magic first before it can exist. I'm guessing most humans in EqG don't believe in magic, so therefore it doesn't exist. In Equestria, perhaps one pony believed in magic enough and worked to develop the first spells and basic skills and shared that knowledge with other ponies and so everypony in present day Equestria has magic. Also there isn't much need for it as the humans of EqG are just as creative and technologically advanced as we are irl.

Extending from that, what if the ancestors of Equestrian ponies were all one race, then one pony developed the first magic, shared the knowledge and different ponies used it differently: some grew wings and learned to control weather, some made a deeper bond with nature, and others made spells. Then those traits carried on into the present, like evolution, I'll dub it as Magical Selection.

I know this is a little late to think about but have you considered how in Winter Wrap-up Twilight was so against using magic since Ponyville was an earth pony settlement. It makes sense until you realize that no one said anything to Rainbow Dash about the pegasi using their flight? Maybe prior to the founding of Ponyville pegasi covered all of Equestria's weather? If so why did the Ponyville pegasi take part in just Ponyville's Winter Wrap-Up day?
 And what about the Everfree Forest where weather changes on its own?

Maybe Spike turned into a dog because of his loyalty and family like bond to Twilight. This does sound kinda offensive to him, but it'd still make sense. Ask any dog owner, and they'll tell you that their dog is family, another sibling, child and/or close friend depending on who owns the dog. The interaction between Twilight and Spike is one that could be seen as an older sister looking after her younger brother, but the difference in species means that it didn't seem likely that Spike could turn into a human as Twilight did. 
This could also be just because Dog Spike already existed before Equestria Girls. The universe they went into already had Twilight as a human and Spike as a dog, proven by the ending credit scene in Rainbow Rocks. Maybe it saw the alternate versions and automatically changed them into a human and a dog because the pair existed previously, and it just makes sense. Like if Alternate Twilight and Spike came to Equestria, it's likely that they would end up turning into a unicorn/alicorn and dragon,not because they have the qualities of said beings but simply because their counterparts are those beings to begin with.

If u decide to look at this again, I think not all dragons become dogs in the human world. Spike's character was similar to that of a dog: loyal, funny and obeying orders from Twilight and Rarity. So he became an actual dog. But the dragon from Dragonshy would be a fierce animal, like a tiger or lion. Mostly likely a tiger cause that dragon lives alone.

2:if the others lately maybe the "Clones" are gone because the other 5 doesn't recognized Twilight
3:the "Clone" of Twilight exist if the mane six go one by one while the "clones" first

magic seems to be a lot harder to control in the human world. it seems to be very easy for the magic to take control of the user's mind and make the user do pretty f*** up things. this happens with both sunset shimmer and Twilight Sparkle in the human world. makes magic seem to be a lot more dangerous in the human world than it does to be in the pony world which could explain why the humans world isn't as much based around it. or could be that humans don't have the mental and emotional capacity
to deal with magic like ponies can

Well Leonbergs and Great Danes etc. ARE pretty big... That aside, I think the other dragons would be wolves. Spike's the first tamed one. (lack of wings signifies this change). Dragon Lord call, with everyone except ONE (who got the staff in the end) being males and the contest for the place...  Maybe they end up calling Spike-like dragons...

Maybe the reason Twighlight doesn't have a clone is because...well...she wasn't born in Equstria like the others. That means in Canterlot, time moves much faster than in the human world, because when Twighlight met the clones of the others, she was like a new student to them.

I think that only Twilight could go through the mirror because even though Twilight DOES have a human counterpart (as Pinkie explains: "do you have a twin sister who lives in the city, has a pet dog named spike that looks just like that one?") Celestia knew that "original human Twilight" didn't go to Canterlot High...Principal Celestia probably tutored her privately like Princess Celestia did with pony Twilight.

The human mane 5 didn't know the human Twilight because she went to a different school. Think about it. Have you seen a humanized Canterlot of Manehatten pony in CH? That must mean that there's a school for every Equestrian town. Since the Summer Sun Celebration doesn't exist the the human world, Twilight had no reason to move to the Ponyville school, and wouldn't know the mane 5.

My final point once more is that the human world started after equestria so the time plot was different so even though the same events would have happened it would be after it happened in equestria.

I am somebody who likes this spin-off way more than I care compared to the main series. It's too a point where you might think I hate friendship is magic and will put my life on the line to defend Equestria girls but I think the reason I prefer it is because there is less too watch.

Why does everyone assume that just because SS turned into a 'raging she-demon' that every other human would do the same... The 'She-Demon' only happened because SS was a jaded pony (who happened to be in the human world at the time) that wanted the Power of an Alicorn because she deluded herself into thinking it should be hers because she was the student of Celestia and well versed in Magic, and believing she would succeed Celestia before too long had passed. No one else could have activated the crown regardless of who they were. If Twilight wore the crown, it would do nothing unless she wanted the Magical Transformation (I.E. knew about it and how to activate it that is).

I'm not sure about the other mysteries but the spike turning into a dog kinda makes sense. I one video you say how spike is more loyal than rainbow dash. When humans associate loyalty with animals a dog is the first thing to come in mind. So spike being a dog makes perfect sense.

Maybe, the elements from pony world somehow got to reacted to the main 6 humans in their world
(it's hard to explain) Example, pony Flutter Shy wears her element, and it makes human flutter shy turn into human pony flutter shy. Or, the elements started working with no pony wearing them but the elements gave the humans magic. OR (again), there could be human elements and pony elements, like there are two of each of the same soul in different worlds worlds.

I believe that Spike became a dog because of his loyalty to Twilight, and a dog's loyalty to their owner. Just a thought.

Sunset Shimmer put on the element of magic, which is arguably the element of friendship, with the intent of outright conquering equestria, which is hardly a friendly or even magical thing to do. However, the element of magic does have magic of its own which can be harnessed, which Sunset did: It was her own magic that turned her into a demon, the element of magic just gave her access to her powers :/

I'm surprised that Twilight didn't start getting scared of the human world like the Everfree forest. That place has weird magic and from going from a very much less advanced world to our modern world, she could think that this new world has strange magic too.  

Adult dragons probably come wolves and the demon transformation was just cause it has power and it's called magic and friendship item it's main use was for magic of friends but it's a relic of magic used mainly for friendship

I suppose, because dragons are the second most common species to interact with ponies (like dogs and humans) it seems likely for a dragon the be an equivalent of a dog on Earth?

when spike entered the human world, the portal was like: "Well, now there are not only two sunset shimmers, but also two twilights and spikes. and because twilight has a dog, i turn that dragon into a dog." 
and: the mane six didnt go on that adventure together, well, it wasnt the plan, twilight wanted to go alone and the others just followed her like something told them to go.

And in the picture they look like they were the same age as the Cutie Mark Crusaders . So Apple Jack , Pinkie Pie , Rarity , Fluttershy , and Rainbow Dash were freshmen at the time which is equal to being a filly . Since Twilight wasn't in Ponyville when she was a filly she wouldn't have been in the picture . This is just my theory , not an actual fact .

Today I just watched a Spoiler from MLP Equestria Girls Rainbow Rocks.. And I watched the last part.. IT WAS SO FREAKY.. In the Human world Twilight wasn't there.. BUT ACTUALLY SHE WAS THERE!! It's simple why Spike turned into a Dog. It's because technically Spike is Twilight's "Pet." Having a pet Dragon in the Human world does not happen. So to make him blend in more as a "Pet" they made him a Dog.

for the crown thing I think that if you put on the crown its magic reflects off of the whearers personality,for egzample, in the first movie when sunset shimmer put on the crown she turned into a deamon, BUT in the second movie when twilight put on the crown it did nothing.

If there's no Elements in the human world, then how did they turn part pony? Look at it this way. They were just regular humans who happened to look like ponies from another world that represent elements. They met a girl with a magic crown and were able to turn part pony with tails, ears, wings, etc. If they don't stand out from the other humans, how come only they can be part pony? Does this mean other humans can turn part pony by meeting Twilight?

Everyone seems to think sunset shimmer murdered her human self, but wouldn't that upset the balance of the two universes? One or the other, or both, would simply crash, maybe a black hole, whatever. Maybe sunset shimmers counter part born in the human world is simply locked up, or was born at a different time era, as not all ponys had human counter parts and some humans didn't have pony counter parts. I have been wondering where original twi is and I STILL don't know!

1. Magic of one Universe should not enter another Universe, or things get screwy, no matter the cartoon.
2. Spike went from Dragon to Dog for one simple reason. A NAME PUN.

if you look near the start of the equestria girls movie then you will see sunset shimmer's face when she is trying to steal the crown. and if you look at what she's wearing in the human world then you can see her cutie mark. she was celestia's student before twilight as celestia says but she must have some other connection as their cutie marks are both a picture of the sun. i know you can see shimmer's cutie mark in the human world because on pinky, twilight, fluttershy, rarity, rainbowdash and applejack's skirts there is a picture of their cutie mark. so we know what shimmer looks like, but what about her connection to celestia? she could be a daughter or possibly a sister (though i doubt a sister).

My theorie is that Sunset Shimmer is also the element of magic. Because now she is one of the mane six (mane seven).
But that is just my theorie.
I am sorry but what if Twilight will be replaced by Sunset.
Because I am just so worried with Twilight.

I believe human Sunset and human Twilight were off school for normal reasons. In the teaser scene, twilight is seen wearing classes, while pony Twilight does not. She might have a problem with her vision which prevents her from work, and is too embarrassed to show up at school with big chunky glasses. Sunset could've easily been expelled without anyone knowing, so pony Sunset could take her place. The other students would notice a sudden change in personality of what it seemed one of the most popular girls in Canterlot high. She could've so easily done something to Luna or FlutterShy that was so unspeakable that Celestia finally expelled her, we have had experience with Celestia being protective over her sister, but pony Sunset pretended she was human sunset and pleaded to come back, we all know how manipulative she was in the beginning. Need proof of pretending to be a nice person? One line tells you all you need to know.

If you feel like saying this again, maybe the 'freshman fair' was like the Summer Sun celebration, and those five helped organize it? Twilight was only sent to supervise from Canterlot, as the threat of Nightmare had to be countered. In the human world, that is nonexistent. This means Twilight the human was never forced to make friends, so they aren't acquaintances with her(she probably goes to an MST school). Just my thoughts.
