If you're wondering why it looks like Windows 98, that's because Windows 7 has a classic theme. If the default theme doesn't load, then it uses classic theme.
SysWOW64 is just an emulator for 32 bit programs for 64 bit systems, so you probably won't be able to run 32 bit applications on 64 bit systems anymore.
Hey :) you ever tried running "net start ProfSvc" via the "Run" Window or cmd ? this should start the service, if it doesnt you could try "sc config ProfSvc start=auto" as well, this should set the service back to automatic again. =)

Click on file then click on open, save or save as 7. Then click on my computer and C > Windows > System32 8. Find the sethc file and edit the sethc name to any name you want, example: "sethc.old" 9. Find the cmd file and edit the cmd name to sethc 10. I can even use chntpw to reset any user's password, make users, etc. My point is if someone knows how to take advantage of the cmd window they likely are adept enough to figure out other ways of bypassing your lock screen, hence why full drive encryption is so important if you actually care about the security of your system.
Do you see that you can access everything from a command prompt?, Imagine someone accidently gets into your PC and press sticky keys, they will have full access and create another user from that CMD, It's useless to say "idk how makes it even less secure". I know this is 9mo ago, but it's better to explain.

On partition 0 is the bootloader. Windows doesn't boot from C drive. It boots to P 0 which loads the "winload.exe" file on C drive and BOOM ... Windows loads.

That's strange coz in system32 are 64 bit apps and files, and In SysWOW64 are 32 bit files.

Then boot to an non-existant partition like partition 2 when the system only has one partition instead.
