You dont have to go into the command prompt to change it. You can use a file unlocker to kill winlogon and then move the file in (you may have to give you permission over the file but whatevs) and then rerun winlogon, then restart

I don't know why, but I change the language in Greek "el-GR" but the message doesn't change.

I did what you did. after the reset i opened the new file in the el-GR and it has the values I gave it. But still the message didn't change.

I also run mcbuilder to clear mui cache, but still nothing changed.

Well you might want to update that description because I was just able to get it to work on Windows 10 version 21H1 with a bit of a different command at the end. The command I did is below so your video still works just with a small mod.

For some weird reason cmd in recovery mode can't find C:\Windows. if I do "dir" It doen't show it like it doen't exists. actually normal cmd shows it.

omg i found it for the newer versions of windows while digging thru system32 it is no longer in <lc-LC> it is now its own thing so go to C:\Windows\System32\en-US and there it would be, winlogon.exe.mui :D compile the script and save ur changes then exit resource hacker and there should be a file named winlogon_original.exe.mui and delete that If it is not there restart then check and permentantley delete it

i did all of that work just to find out it doesnt work :(
