Regular Cars: Hilarious car reviews that will make you want every car he reviews.

Counter Arguments: Extremely informative and unbiased content. He talks about a lot of current political issues without ramming his opinion down your throat. Very satisfying to watch.

Bullet Barry: This is just a super genuine pc gamer/commentator with a tightly knit community that I've been a part of for a few months. Once you watch a few of his videos, you'll fall in love with his channel.

Here are a couple good channels in my opinion:

Larry Bundy Jr- Informative and Interesting video game trivia videos that always bring something new to the table, and not just rehashing the same old trivia everyone's heard of.

Dr. Wolfula - Entertaining horror movie reviews with a very unique host. Not new ground, but done better than the competition. His uploads are very sporadic however.

ShadowLeggy - Resident Evil Musicals (Animations of RE characters to parody music). If you're into the games, this is one of the funniest channels on the entire site.

Vid ended at 3:00 I was wondering what was gonna happen for the next 2 mins. Was Not Dissapointed

A youtuber that I definitely recommend would be Noah Caldwell-Gervais. He is in my opinion one of the best in-depth game analyzers on YouTube. His videos are quite long so his style isn't for everyone. I would definitely suggest watching him if your interested in game design and what makes a game good or bad.

Another Youtube channel I recommend is Jomm. He's an animation channel, except his focus sin't really edgy comedy but rather fighting. He tends to do animations of stick-figures fighting but now he's branching out to other kind of animations. Highly recommended.

The thing that sickens me that that he only has about 70k subs when he deserves so much more.

Everyday Astronaut is actually pretty great, he takes time to make his videos and goes directly to the source he talks about, making it feel like a documentary.

if your a fan of Pikmin, I HIGHLY suggested Scruffy. he makes wonderful music, discusses the ins and outs of the models and music theory in Pikmin and other games such as Super Mario. right now during the week, he's doing a stream about Pikmin 2 in first person, showing the perspective of the main character. you should really check it out!

I remember watching AlienMyth64 when I (and he) was a kid making animal crossing videos. Can't believe he's still making fresh content even after this long

I love Jay Foreman; dude's hilarious.

Ben Wheele (12k) makes some of the strangest but most interesting animations you'll ever see
Historia Civilis (178k) if you want to know lots of shit about Rome
History with Hilbert (5k) this guy puts in the effort, deserves more subs
scholagladiatoria (151k) if you're a fellow sword nerd
TREY the Explainer (161k) if you want to know lots of shit about dinosaurs

That's some general stuff that anyone might like. If you happen to like HEMA there's plenty more in my sub list.

I'm not a sports fan, but Jon Bois's "Pretty Good" series has so far really captivated me. Thanks Emp. Gonna try the other 4 suggestions now.

I would reccomend Weekend Warrior. He mostly reviews movies/television, and I know there's a lot of channels out there that do that, but he never feels like his takes it too seriously. He's basically if YMS and Filthy Frank had a shittily animated baby.

I personally recommend Codex Entry. He makes incredibly well-put together content about various video game concepts and history, as well as in-depth spotlights of exceptional individuals in the industry. If you're a gaming enthusiast who likes intelligent discussion about games (or hell, if you just like intelligent discussion in general), then check him out.

UrinatingTree and Jon Bois make some really good videos. Been subscribed to them for a while. Cool to see them get shoutouts.

Hollywood Ruins Everything is a very small channel (87 followers), and the two dudes who run it do a good job on reviewing movies, giving critiques, and discussions about tropes. Well done content, and definitely underrated.

Zapty, the man that is a stacked hat. He does content on a 9 year old game that is dying, but puts a spin on it. He is an excellent storyteller and deserves so much more than he does now.

The geek critique is a good game reviewer channel to watch he puts quality over quantity and makes his videos in a long and detailed format

If you're at all a fan of the Half-Life series or like watching people review really obscure games that no one's ever heard of, you should check out Accursed Farms.
I'm not sure if he counts as "underexposed," since he has 180k subscribers, but he could definitely use a bigger audience because of the amount of work that's put into his videos. He has two main series he does:
Freeman's Mind, which is a twist on the standard "Let's Play" format where, rather than the voiceover being the actual person doing the gameplay, the person playing the game acts as if he is the protagonist of the famously incomplete Half-Life series, Gordon Freeman, and he is characterized as a cynical, maniacal criminal with highly questionable morals, which makes for a great laugh.
His other series is Ross's Game Dungeon, where he reviews highly obscure games. A good list of these games include: Maabus, Nyet III, The Chosen - Well of Souls, Bozo's Night Out and Bip Bop II. How many of these five games have you heard of? To top off his reviews of obscure and very interesting titles, he reviews these games by generally focusing on highlights (or lowlights) of the games, and going off on interesting tangental stories that really make you think about things.

Fredrick Knudsen is a really good essay-type channel that covers a lot of very intriguing topics. You should check him out!

If Music is right up your alley, I severely recommend "Red Means Recording". He makes so much good songs with that tiny ass synthesizer and it truly is something to marvel at. Every single videos of his is like a little story, "behind the scenes", so to speak.
They're so fucking satisfying to watch and listen to.

Definitely "Guardine" he puts so much effort into his editing and skits and he is a very likeable fellow in his Vlogs too.
He does Top 10 videos but, its not like any other top 10 video, I don't quite know how to describe it but he spends a lot of time on each number and does a skit for each of them. Its just great.
Also, reviews of some older games, well, they aren't really reviews, he just plays them and masterfully edits it, turns it into memes...
Oh shit he also used to film a lot as a kid, doing little nonsense stories with his friends which are totally memeworthy.

I also would like to share that I am a subscriber to UrinatingTree and I just love this channel. Ever since his lolcow video on the Cleveland Browns I've thoroughly enjoyed watching him rip apart teams and give us amazing comentary on the embarrassing things players and owners do. His channel is steadily growing and I hope that you and him will both get to be as popular as Idubbbz.

if I were to share a channel, I guess I would say supermariologan, or sml for short. I've watched these guys for years now and i love what they do. these guys have been on YouTube for a longtime now and I still love them. then get better with age. I'm surprised what they get away with at times.

Pretty good list. I'd recommend the channel Hayden Davis Andry. Mostly pivot animations but has some original stuff. The comedy is actually pretty funny and original. He needs so many more views and subs

I would recommend The Rageaholic, hosted by Razorfist. He's got game/comic reviews, vlogs, retrospectives on metal bands, movie commentary. Vidoes are very well edited. He's got yuk-yuks in his scripts, citing Dennis miller as one of his big influences, so you might to bring a thesaurus.

"The Examined life (of gaming)" is pretty good, Sassy and opinionated makes great content, AtlasTheBot is dank, Barley is good, but god knows if he is even capable to release videos consistently, and that's about it. I would share more, but some youtubers i watch make content about a very specific thing, like a videogame, or somehow got way more popular since i found them. I swear to god, half the channels i found when they were still obscure are now riding the 100k's with the big boys.

Cartoons101 has some really interesting videos on Spielburg's Impact on the Animation Industry. He's only been making videos for a few months as far as I can tell, but he knows his stuff and makes high quality videos.

ChrisFix - car channel with 2M+, but his videos aren't garbage. Really helpful DIY videos on maintaining and upgrading your car.

I Like to Make Stuff - Mainly a woodworker, but he does delve into welding, 3d printing and electronics. It's like watching How it's Made.

Didn't learn about Jon Bois from this video. But I can absolutely say without a doubt that his content is fucking amazing. Heck, even a parody of him was amazing.

I think Vinesauce is pretty good, but they're doing somewhat well in terms of popularity. Precaution: it's a gaming channel/stream, but they actually put effort into their work. Also, I'd like to say that they started before Vine and are even outliving it.

CuteFuzzyWeasel came to my mind. His central content is Feeding the Trolls, where he makes fun of the various breeds of Internet stupidity. He does get angry in a lot of his videos but I think he plays it for laughs very well. The funnier the video he's mocking, the funnier his commentary usually is. He has a great snarky personality and some of his more cinematic episodes have a great b-film charm to them without going full Linkara in any way. He only has 14K. I would definitely subscribe if you haven't.

check out SomeCallMeJohnny. He only has about 100,000 subs last time I checked, but does incredibly intelligent and well put together video game reviews. His first 100 reviews are the absolute best, but he's always done great content

You should check out Voxis Productions, he does movie and game reviews and is generally under the radar. But damn is he funny! definitely an underated channel that deserves a lot more attention. He use's a puppet as his main character for the channel, you can't miss him.

Red Ice Radio is a really good channel for contraversial and offensive content. Aswell as exploration into all sorts of conspiracies and indetph look at what is happening right know.

Adrian huff is a great sketch comedian who has few subscribers or views. Underrated talent indeed.

I would recommend Crowbat, a content creator who takes something like the PS4 Pro launch and compiles footage from real users showing the horrible defects in a enjoyable manner. I would also recommend BedBananas, who creates michinima-like skits in games such as Hitman, Arma, Fallout, and . . . Other things that focus on dark and physiological tormenting themes. Last but not least I highly recommend H3H3 (who really needs no introduction). These content creators are not for everyone, but are least worth giving a chance. They put so much hard work into their videos and I would hate to see them go unnoticed.

Some of my favorite YouTubers are Late Night Gaming, The Act Man, and Luke The Notable. Yeah there all halo YouTubers, and talk about mainly Halo, but I'm a fan boy and find there videos interesting and quite enjoyable.

He has about 160k so he's not completely unknown, but he honestly deserves a million. Fawful's Minion makes the funniest, well edited and overall best Top 10 videos ever. Honestly I love this man. Please give him a sub, he deserves it.

This is an old video, but I have three channels to give shoutouts to.

Sciencephile the AI - Makes hilarious and informative science and philosophy videos with a funny editing style and a great sense of humor.

Super Minecraft Kid - Makes the funniest videos on the planet. Most of them are horribly cringey and involve angry screaming and ranting. The insane cringe factor is what makes Super Minecraft Kid so entertaining, he's so bad that he's good.

Bradley Whistance (idk if I said his name correctly) - Underrated and amazing youtuber who makes Kerbal Space Program videos. Has a series called "The Odyssey by Bill" which is one of my favorite youtube series. He does really impressive things in game, while at the same time making storylines and jokes to fit what he's trying to accomplish. Trust me, if you like Kernel Space Program, this channel is a gold mine.

Mumkey jones is a God tier, genuine satirist, with a lot of sarcastic content, but a good amount of genuine insightful content

Sedge and Dan is a very good gaming channel. Recommend you check their highlights, they're funny as all hell.

Dovahhatty - A relatively new channel that has an amazing animated series telling the entire history of Rome with a large slice of dark humour and some memery thrown in.

You should check out 2kawaii4comfort, it looks extremely professional for a webseries and it's overall just really good (Yeah it's probably not something you personally would want to watch but I feel their channel needs more recognition for all the work put into it)

One guy that I found that I like is Uniquenameosaurus. He pretty much does anime reviews, but he's not a complete fucking weeb and he has something different to offer to the conversation. I don't know if he is that undiscovered cause he gets decent views, but definitely deserves more than 26,000 subs for the stuff he puts out.

I've been watching Alienmyth64 for years. He truly is a masterpiece. As for underexposed channels, I recommend this channel called whatyououghttoknow. He's really informative and entertaining and he makes videos about pretty much everything.

Dude, THE ROCK CRITIC. Music review channel, as name suggests he only reviews rock music, but STILL he's so GOOD! He's got quick five-minute reviews of new releases, plus up to hour-long episodes covering historical albums and even entire discographies of bands like Weezer and Green Day

Friended and NearEDGE both make excellent content and are severely undersubbed.

EmpLemon is subscribed to a channel known as Lord Jake. He is a political YTP'er who makes fun of all of the politicians in our current year. He doesn't take sides, everyone is up for lols. You should totally check him out.
Also there's this little known gaming Channel with quality gameplay footage. He's known as PewDiePie and he's well spoken and very thoughtful.

Urinatingtree and Jon Bois are some of my favorite Youtubers.

Another pretty solid animation channel that I like is pieguyrulz. His content is very fair and honest, when he gets angry he doesn't scream in complete rage but rather talks about it completely explaining himself, and he's always talking about news and shows no matter the relevancy or popularity. He also hasn't done a TTG vid since 2015, and it's a shame that he only has a little more than 50000 subs.

Morally gray has a little under 10,000 subs, and is an anti sjw channel. If you're into that content, he definitely goes out of his way to make videos extremely polished, both in an editing and arguemental perspective. So if you enjoy that highly reccomend

Doctorrandomercam. I don't care if you like or dislike the Men's rights organization, watch his videos. He has such and interesting editing style that hits all the correct notes. His ability to speak just blows me out of the water. I reccomend to all that you check out his content.


Ralphthemoviemaker is the funniest youtuber I've seen in awhile. He is a solid movie reviewer who knows his shit since he works in the movie industry as well. Definitly give him a chance.


Also go check out doodle toons(aka cartoon lover 98). He has some fun animations.

There's a youtuber named Pocket83 who does cool workshop videos mixed with dry humor.

Another channel I like is You Suck at Cooking. Basically a comedic cooking channel. Both channels are really funny and original so I recommend them.

As for YouTubers that I recommend, I’d say K Universe, MatromX, DinoMorph3000, and Alp K. These guys have pretty similar content (Pivot animated dinosaurs fighting each other) and there are several more like them (myself included), but I believe that people who like dinosaurs or animation will enjoy their/our channels.

Robobuddies makes animations as well as reviewing cartoons, she's kinda cool
the animation channels from the mid 2000s like weebl and david firth still make animations sometimes, although the former tends to follow trends and memes too much nowadays to stay relevant, he still makes some great original stuff
He has 46k subs or something but i'll mention him anyway; uncivilized elk is a cartoon reviewer who focuses on adventure time and is one of the most positive cartoon reviewers i've ever seen
fuck looking through all my channels that i've subscribed to over the past 9 years makes me realize how many of them have gone inactive and that makes me sad

Gus Johnson makes really funny skits. His channel deserves more traffic on here because his videos are always being stolen and uploaded to Facebook.

I would recommend a music channel called: "gooseworx".

Alas, Emp (to answer your question from the end) - I don't have any small youtubers to recommend, cause I have enough spare material (a backlog of them, if you will) to watch as it is, from the bigger ones, for the next like 6 months or so.
Okay now, maybe I would, but those are some foreign non-English channels.

I think that's the part of the problem with YT at the moment - there's so much shit already, and on top of that all the creators are constantly putting out new stuff and updating their channels, that new people coming to the site will find it harder and harder to find smaller ones. I, for one, have like 3k videos in my "watch later" playlist and I know I will never get through all of them.

And Emplemon is the only channel that tells you to UNSUBSCRIBE!!!!

Larryinc64 remixes both classic and video game music to another game's style. They're well crafted.

I stumbled across Jay Foreman by accident and I have to say, as British as I am not, I really like his videos.

I know Robbaz was super popular a long time ago but he's even better now, maybe my favorite youtuber, and despite the large amount of views he still gets, a lot of people I know don't watch him or remember him.

10/10 Robbaz is a god

There was once this incredible youtube channel that was basicly an anime review channel. Called Da Games Elite, he was really good at what he did - His analysis was pretty much impeccable but what killed him was the DMCA takedowns. I wish I could see all those old video's he did again, because he is one of the youtubers I've seen that legitimately put effort into their content. Still, we might always miss the old times, but the new ones will probably bring us at least something.

There is a channel called astrum, they make high quality original informative videos about space and planets if your interested in that kind of stuff. Also you've probably heard of 1971L they are really good as well. There is also made2express, a kind ale war, vihart, and night minds

That One Show FUN hosts a show called Eggbusters which is like a glitch exposition show but it's more than that due to the dialogue spoken by Austin (The Host) and his editing style. Overall, they are both great guys and they definitely deserve more recognition. Also, FUCK NORMIES my dude. Also also, I love your stuff dude. It really speaks to me . Love you dude. <3

Dammit fidget spinners became mainstream too fast and I just wish it'd GET OFF THE STAGE already. And nice skit at the end (I can tell that took a long time to make with the same quotes all the time ordered randomly for like 2 minutes straight and the clever addition of "It's never ogre" was a great way to end that popularity thirsty relevant youtuber orgasm thing that was going on and I wouldn't be surprised if the video was actually like that and you didn't edit anything because youtubers always do this anyway and it's a joke itself).

I'm not sure if you've seen phtooie's YTPs (he made an entry for your Shrek collab - Lord Farquaad legt den Sumpf trocken). He uses a variety of sources and usually combines several in each video. He also uses a variety of editing styles. I strongly recommend "Mitt Romney hires a hitman to exterminate his political opponents" & "The Great Old Ones implement intrusive copy protection".

God it seems pretty annoying how a small FREAKING toy got so popular all over the internet and they can do only ONE thing and that's spinning itself. Now, almost everyone is making videos only involving a FUCKING fidget spinner and all they want to do is gain subs by giving away fidget spinners. Don't get me wrong; I don't really hate fidget spinners since I have one at home, but I do hate the videos. First, it was the water bottle flipping; and now GOD DAMN fidget spinners?
