Your ISP either assigns you an IP address using PPPoE or DHCP. This geolocation is done using an identifier called an ASN. An ISP has several ASNs associated with it, and certain ranges of IP addresses are distributed by certain local offices. This is the maximum granularity level of an IP geolocation. They may be able to determine your city/township at most. That’s about it.
An IP leak isn't really that scary. Maybe they could DDOS? If they DOX for a address and succeed they most likely won't do anything. Theres nothing they can do that's serious. Swatting is was too difficult now. They could send you a pizza? It's all about intimidation of what could happen. If you aren't scared or show a lack of care the doxxer wouldn't find that interesting and find someone more entertaining.

As a white hat this makes me laugh and cry simultaneously. An attempted Denial of Service attack (or DoS attack for short) usually will result in a drop in network reliability. This has nothing to do with your FPS.
What Crypto the Llama is referring to is doxxing which comes from the word document or docs. It involves publishing information that a victim would rather keep private. This includes full name, postal address, date of birth, IP address, etc.
Learn the basics of encryption. Learn the different types of IP's and what they do. I reccomend learning and taking CompTIA security + certification test
