Changes from previous rip:
- Video cover is less saturated.
- Adjusted volumes to avoid clipping.
- 48khz sample rate for sequenced tracks.
- Fixed instruments sample rates and loop points.
- Slightly re-arranged tracks, and split DS and DSi tracks into 2 discs.
